Welcome to Dallman Chiropractic
Specializing In Treating
We know one thing: patients come to us because they want to feel better, and they want to feel better FAST!
As you read this, you likely have back pain, neck pain, and/or headaches. The last thing you want to do is go through a two-day (or three-day!) sales process when you are hurting, right?
You will be treated on your first visit in our office; unless your exam and history suggest that we refer you to another medical professional. There are no sales pitches in our office, and we’ll give you evidence-based treatment recommendations straight out of the medical literature.
We Only Recommend What’s Needed
You will receive our best recommendations for care, and we will recommend what you really need. Nothing more, nothing less.
There is no waiting at our office when you have an appointment. This means that you don’t have to bring a book and a bag lunch to your office visit.
When was the last time you could just walk into a busy doctor’s office and be seen right away? We know it’s almost impossible.
We believe in having a walk-in clinic. Yes, we are very busy. Yes, you may have to wait a minute (or two) from time to time. However, for the most part, it is simple to get in to see Dr. Dallman. Many times, you are in and out of his office within 20 minutes (or less).
Dr. John Dallman has been serving Grand Forks and the surrounding area for 20 years and has helped thousands of patients quickly get out of pain and back to their normal lifestyle.
At Dallman Chiropractic are goal is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible using the latest technologies in detection and correction of your spinal problems.
After examination we will determine what care plan you need to get you relief as quickly as possible.
