Chronic pain sufferers who engage in tai chi report a greater reduction in pain level than aerobic exercise.

Tai chi is an ancient form of exercise we used to see in the kung fu tv show.

Controlled movements emphasizing balance, stamina and brain focus.

Perhaps it is the focused mental activity that gives them better relief than say riding a bicycle?
